AAC Technology set to Expand After Takeover
by One51 Plc.

AAC Technology has joined the complementary portfolio of ONE51 PLC, after the investment
giant One51 PLC which is worth in excess of 450 million Euros, carried out a successful
takeover of AAC Technology. AAC Technology known as a specialist in sourcing, supplying
and manufacturing tools for the injection moulding industry can now realise its plans for significant growth with the resources of ONE51 being invested into the company’s future.

Mike Turner, Managing Director of AAC Technology explains:

"AAC Technology has been going from strength to strength sourcing and manufacturing
tools for the creation of plastic mouldings. The company has built up impressive manufacturing bases across the globe, from Eastern Europe to China, allowing AAC Technology to offer customers state of the art tooling solutions at exceedingly competitive prices. Being part of One51 PLC will help AAC reach even greater heights and will also help form our environmental solutions for the future, which is very important to us.
One51 leads the way in sustainability and we want to be a part of that mission."

AAC Technology boasts an impressive client list including: Cadbury, Royal Mail, Ceva,
IntieR, Toyota and Land Rover to name but a few. Customers have been attracted by
AAC’s great manufacturing network of audited companies and the fact that it has full time employees, on the ground, in the countries it operates from, ensuring the highest
standards are maintained. The enormity of AAC Technology’s resources and the investment
by One51 PLC means that AAC Technology can offer a significant saving when compared
with European Suppliers. One51 is an investment company focused on delivering
shareholder value by investing in businesses that complement specific strategic objectives,
whilst offering a sustainable future.
